Q. Whats the minimum pcs. for an order
A. There are NO Minimums for Screenprinting or Embroidery.  Minimums do apply to ad specialty items.

Q.  What is your turnaround times?
A.  7-10 Working days for screenprinting or embroidery.  Ad specialty items range from 7-30 days depending on Qty. and nature of product.

Q.  Do you blind drop ship?
A.  We do blind drop ship to one address per PO.  Each aditional address per PO will incur a handling fee.

Q.  Do you charge to pickup?
A.  We do not charge for regularly scheduled twice a week pickups from:  Alpha, Broder, Cobra Caps, Sanmar, Staton, or Alstyle Apparel.

Q. Can you help me with artwork?
A. Yes, we have a professional art department which can assist you with any idea you have. There is a charge of 30.00/hr for this service.  Our artwork gallery is a free service to our valued customers.


Q. What forms of payment are accepted?
A. We accept all major credit cards, company checks, and cash.
